The stadium at the 2nd Maccabiah was in a better shape than the 1st one. There were more seats, the pavement was improved and the tower added a professional look. This is the end of a running race from the 2nd Maccabiah – you can see some of the athletes are wearing the white uniform with the star of David on them, a typical Jewish sport outfit at the time.
